Does anyone have Solar Urticaria or Polymorphous Light Eruption…?
or do you know someone that does? How do they deal with it? it is tough going on vacation in the summer and avoiding the sun.
I have a friend who can’t go out in the sunlight and what she does is wear SPF clothing that you can get at places like Outdoor World and usually any sports place. She wears a hat and a long sleeved shirt and long pants and then just tries to avoid staying in the sun too long. She goes to Florida and on cruises to the Caribbean and doesn’t have any problems.
