 • Platinum – Platinum is known for being the rarest and most precious heavy metals. It is also the most expensive. It typically 90-95% pure and weighs twice as much as gold. It also contains other alloys, including copper, cobalt, zinc and palladium. It does not tarnish like gold and does not lose its luster over time, but it can be removed and patina with time. There are many positives for platinum, but not for everyone. Price is an obstacle for many, and some men do not like the heaviness of platinum, others love.
