What can I do about these spider veins and stretch marks?
HELP! I am only 19 and I have crazy stretch marks and varicose veins! I am very active, with a high standard of athletic body, I watch what I eat (mostly, I have my notes) … Is this normal? I feel so self-conscious about it!
Here are some tips to stretch marks and varicose veins: * Stretch Marks: – - One thing that helps for brands Stretching is rubbing on the cocoa butter, which can help reduce or eliminate stretch marks. * Spider veins: – - Wear support stockings. Buy graduated compression stockings from a medical supply company. The bottom should be well adjusted to the ankle and flexible thigh. If you have a job where you sit a lot, sit straight, feet flat on the floor. Sitting cross-legged on the knees will increase pressure on veins in the legs and may increase your chances of developing spider veins.
